Dream Lab was born from a simple conviction: the best moments happen when you give people room to linger. Our Third Street space is designed for that — a place where the morning espresso ritual flows naturally into an evening cocktail.
By day, our barista team pulls single-origin pour-overs and craft lattes with the same attention to detail that goes into our night menu. By night, the space transforms — lower lights, warmer music, and a cocktail program built on seasonal ingredients and classic technique.
We're not a café that stays open late, and we're not a bar that serves coffee. We're both, at once — a laboratory for good taste, open every day of the week.

The Main Room

A quieter zone for focused work or intimate conversation. Fewer seats, more atmosphere.
